The Production Manager supervises the physical aspects of a job. Duties include overseeing technicians, facilitating the project, making modifications or changes to the project, and making sure the job is finished.The production manager can lead the client through different options such as everything from new tile to a new paint color. Suffering a loss is stressful enough; our production managers will work with the client to make sure they are back to normal as soon as possible

The project manager handles the initial estimate for all damages related to the loss, and sets the framework to ensure that the technicians can do their work. This means working with the client, and their insurance company to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Our project managers possess a combination of skills including the ability to document the initial condition of the job, supply the correct information to the insurance company, help the production managers with any information they may need, and provide estimates for microbial remediation.The project manager is the one who is responsible for making decisions in such a way that risk is controlled and uncertainty minimized.
